Business Systems Mgr - ERP Security Consultant

Experiences, Competencies, Abilities
?5-10+ years of experience in systems security design and administration
?5+ years progressive experience in information security, SAP security administration for R3 4.7 or 5.0, CRM, SEM, BW, NetWeaver, or Portal
?Bachelors degree; Masters in Computer Science or MBA preferred.
?5+ years experience with development of information security policies, standards and procedures Key certifications in Security required including CISSP, CISA and Certified Business Continuity Professional designation
?Strategic problem solving capability
?Proven interpersonal skills: two-way communications skills (oral and written), ability to build relationships, influence others, work with a diverse internal customer base. Ability to communicate technical and security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical partners
?Ability to influence Senior Management in setting the ?security mindset?
?Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations
?Strong systems aptitude, demonstrated project management skills in major company-wide projects
?Ability to identify and implement SAP security system and process improvements
?Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment


SAP Knowledge
?Strong Understanding of the SAP Authorization Concept and working with Single, Composite, Derived Roles.
?Ability to articulate depth of understanding of key components to fellow security administrators as well as functional team members
?Must have working knowledge of conceptual architectures for SAP implementations and their impact on security.
?Understanding segregation of duty concerns with respect to application security implementations.
?Knowledge and understanding of SAP administration and maintenance.
?Experienced in building SAP application security.
?Must have good understanding of SAP Security management and authorization reporting.
?SAP R3 security implementation with all modules
?Requires expert technical and conceptual knowledge of R3 security (4.6B).
?Knowledge of SAP security from SAP 4.0 and above a plus
?Analyze, select, recommend and coordinate installation of add-on products that will facilitate the security administration
?Experience with Netweaver security design and implementation.
