Business Systems Support Specialist

Aggregate Industries is an environmentally responsible producer of high quality, aggregate-based construction materials in the United States and United Kingdom.  Our company operates six regional businesses, along with our US Corporate office in Rockville, MD.  Due to our rapid expansion, we are searching for a Business Systems Support Specialist for our Rockville, MD and Greenbelt, MD locations.

The role of the IT Business Systems Support Specialist is to support all users of the J.D. Edwards Enterprise One system with particular focus on Human Resources and Payroll. Responsibilities include handling support tickets from system users. Answer software questions, solve problems, and devise solutions based on the customers? needs. Specialist will support corporate standards and best practices based upon corporate policy and direction. Logs calls and resolution into the company helpdesk and maintains accurate information.

BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.  3 years of HR/Payroll support on J.D. Edwards One World or Enterprise One software preferred.  3 years ERP user support experience.  Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills.  Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.  Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
