The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong desire to provide excellent customer service. This individual must possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and technical skills.

Technical experience must include:

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows servers and workstations.Famililarity with Unix serversMicrosoft Office SuiteExperience with networkingLotus Notes experience a plusPBX experience desired

Responsibilities:

Process all technical support requests, including diagnosing and determining priority levelLevel one technical support, including:Preparing for new employeesEmployee RelocationsSoftware and hardware maintenancePrinter SupportBasic network admin tasksAid in researching projectsMaintain IT department status reportsEnsure all changes to the Client's Network Architecture are properly documented and maintained.
