Businesss Systems Analyst I-IT

Business Systems Analyst I-Responsible for the following activities:

-Operational support for the eGate Interface Engine and the maintenance of excellent service levels

-Planning and implementation of new clinical and administrative interfaces.  Projects may involve the development of new or substantial modification of existing interfaces and integration of applications or technologies

-Good problem solving skills and ability to navigate complicated database relationships and understand how data can best be leveraged to meet eGate and external system needs

-Strong technical skills in design, development and implementation of interfaced between SeeBeyond's eGate and multiple external applications including: Cerner Millennium, McKesson HBOC STAR, PeopleSoft, as well as multiple legacy healthcare and business applications

-Participate in a team culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requires: Between 0 - 3 years of demonstrated and successful design and development experience with application integration and interfaces, implementation and architecture.  Some shell scripting experience.  At least 1 years experience with eGate 4.5x and some working experience with HL7. At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with integration and interfaces, as well as one year of Java coding (vs. 1.3.1 +) or equivalent Java in eGate required.  Some Oracle 8i + experience is highly desirable (scripts, queries/SQL, etc.).  Experience using configuration management techniques for eGate code is highly desirable.
