C# Programmer

5-7 years experience in application development in a Microsoft environment.
2-3 years experience with Microsoft C#.
2-3 years Project Management experience which would include the ability to understand and define requirements.
2-3 years experience with Visual Basic 6.
2-3 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
Organize a development team to create an estimate, hold developer status meetings, create project status reports and assist with design of the project.

Excellent communications skills are a must.
Can work effectively with existing developers to design, develop, and test desktop applications.
Can effectively handle working on multiple items at the same time.
Experience designing, developing, and testing desktop applications.
Experience designing, developing, and testing common services.
Takes charge and ownership of assigned tasks.
Works effectively and efficiently in a support-type role.

The selection decision will be based on the following criteria. Candidates should be able to clearly articulate their strengths in these areas:

Can show track record of on-time project delivery
Can show that they have applied project planning and development techniques, methodologies and tools to projects.
Level of experience and proficiency using Visual Basic 6.
Level of experience and proficiency using C#.
Level of experience and proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
Ability to describe maintenance support experience.
Ability to effectively manage working on multiple items at the same time
