Host interface team memebers are comfortable working in an environment that has the following:Upgrade and deployment of databases, settings and application Develop new interfaces to 3rd party specs. (XML, fixed length, variable length?) Help 3rd parties develop interfaces to our specs. Occasional travel for on-site beta testing of new Interfaces Create unit tests Create regression test requirements for changesStay current on labeling requirements Analyze/Troubleshoot interface issues (this may be up to 50% of the time) Revise interfaces to meet data changes Resolve label design deficiencies Maintain database schemas


Documentation and training focusDocument the host interface and interface configuration settings Prepare instructions for field service Train trainers and documentation personnel Document new interfaces for external customers
