C&A Practitioner

Key Role: Provide Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support for secure systems development efforts. Develop C&A plans that articulate how to certify and achieve accreditation for system development efforts. Identify the security requirements necessary to achieve accreditation. Develop security test approaches that are integrated into a program’s T&E master plan. Develop certification documents, including a security requirements traceability matrix, security CONOPS, system security plan, trusted facility manual, security features users guide, security test plans, and security test reports.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:


-10+ years of experience with IT


-6+ years of experience with information assurance


-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


 


Education/Certifications or equivalent required:


BS degree in Engineering, CS, Information Security, or Information Systems required


CISSP or ISSEP Certification preferred


 


Clearance:


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
