Job Description:
Provide first-level CADD application software support to 1,200-1,500 end users. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Trouble shoot application issues including application failure, user profiles, project profiles and plot queues; software installation and upgraes, including Bentley, Autodesk products and third-party products; server license maintenance; and provide supplemental application training. Work with the corporate CADD group in the following areas: company-wide standards replication; testing and evaluating new software and workflows; and automating software installation.
Job Qualifications:
Associates degree in design and drafting with 4-7 years of experience, or B.S. in Engineering or Design Drafting with 2-5 years of experience. Experience supporting v7, v8 and iPLOT. Experience working in a Help Desk environment supporting AutoCAD products a plus.
