The Content Manager conceives, manages and oversees the execution and maintenance of all editorial content on Citibank Online.com and associated websites.  Responsibilities include: maintaining and executing the editorial calendar for Citibank Online; coordinating the activities of copy writers and production staff to schedule and implement weekly updates; recommending how content is organized and displayed; creating promotional packages to organize content in ways that maximize metrics and sales revenue; providing editorial guidance for e-mails, marketing materials; analyzing search queries and results to improve the quality and relevance; assisting in the selection, integration and deployment of third party content and data feeds; generating reports and analyzing data to evaluate content  success in order to set future direction and strategy.



BA or BS degree required; graduate degree in writing or communication preferred 5 –7 years experience managing web content and content providersDemonstrated experience organizing data for end-user interfacces Experience with Content Management Systems and associated technical systemsProven strong, versatile editorial vision and executionExcellent communication and management skillsSelf-directed with excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and high-energy environment
