Execute a metrics tracking plan for Citibank Online.  Work with Product Managers to define individual project tracking requirements, and help implement, and manage ongoing reporting.  Analyze site statistics and other data sources (internal and external); produce periodic and ad hoc reports regarding key site performance metrics, including usage, site visits, content campaigns, transaction offload, etc. Ensure campaign performance is accurately measured and reported to for execution and evaluation of e-marketing campaigns.

Project Manage the implementation of a web analytics tool on Citibank Online. -Maintain up-to-date understanding of business, sales, marketing and client needs pertaining to Web Analytics.  Become the in-house expert; train and share knowledge with team members on use of Web Analytic tools

Contribute to ongoing site improvement initiatives by developing testing plans and analyses to determine site usability improvement opportunities.
