CIC Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

 

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Interactive Intelligence call center platform (CIC); providing quality support with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise required. Will require on call responsibilities, application level security management, interfacing with 3rd party vendors for application patch and hardware support (Production, Test and Development environments), and the maintenance of documentation.

3-5 years experience working with call center platforms (Interactive Intelligence - CIC Administrator Certification)

?  Telephony experience given additional consideration.

?  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

?  Proficient in managing Windows based platforms including Windows 2003 Server and Professional.

?  Understanding of relational database concepts is a plus.

?  Familiarity with database tools MSSQL and Oracle is a plus.

?  Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment to determine appropriate solutions to customer technical issues.

?  Proven excellence with customer facing activities. Must have a passion for customer satisfaction, and have the ability to manage customer's needs and expectations.

?  Proven ability to work as a member of a team to meet critical customer deadlines

?  Must be analytical and self motivated, quick self learners, team oriented, enthusiastic and understand stress management
