CISCO VoIP Engineer

The Cisco Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Engineer will be responsible for installation, problem diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a Cisco VoIP solution which includes Cisco Call Manager, Unified Messaging, IPCC Express Call Center and VTAdvantage for global network. The VoIP Engineer is challenged to provide solutions to problems in a complex, state-of-the-art Cisco voice and data communication system that is rapidly changing to support the enterprise's growth and development of new business opportunities. The Engineer is also challenged with providing the design and configuration of an envirnment that is reliable, flexible and cost effective.

Requirements:

*Experience with CISCO Voice and Data Communications Systems; Call Manager, Unified Messaging, IPCC Express Call Center, VTAdvantage a plus

*CISCO certification a huge plus

*Experienced in Planning, designing, and implementing, and supporting the voice infrastructure

*Experienced in Project Management

*Supervisory experience a plus

*Good analytical skills

*Good communications skills

*Information Systems experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
