CLINICAL SYSTEMS ANALYST

We are currently looking to fill a permanent position for a Clinical Systems Analyst located in central South Carolina.

Plan, coordinator, monitor, and document the development, implementation, training, evaluation and maintenance of assigned projects/systems.

 Collaborate with health care providers to identify information needs and develop information technology solutions. Analyze existing solutions in collaboration with system users to identify system enhancements. Participate in new Clinical System software evaluation. Manage and document Information Technology projects as assigned, to include, but not limited to, testing software upgrades and patch releases. Provide support to end users of Clinical Information Systems. Participate in identification and documentation of Clinical System problems and resolutions. Participate in development of training materials for designated projects. Educate users in Clinical/Physician Information System tools. Promote integration of Clinical/Physician Information System tools into current clinical practice.Develop and transition Operations procedures to support new and existing software.


Requirements:

 Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred) or other clinical related profession 3-5 years clinical experience in a health care facility 2 years systems experience Must be knowledgeable of new trends in clinical practice and information systems Ability to apply data processing technology for the clinical and physician services areas. Licensed Registered Nurse with active license in the state of South Carolina is desired.
