CM - Senior Manager As a Senior Project Manager, the candidate would be responsible for some of the following tasks:
- Communicate the status of the project to CGI and client project management
- Identify risks in delivery schedules, and take mitigation actions, which may include refining the contents of a deliverable
- Provide personnel management guidance to staff
- Provide oversight and recommendations for deliverables.
- Act as the single point of contact for client questions and issues regarding any engagement issues
- Build relationship with key client contacts in order to grow business.

Essential Skills Required:
The candidate should have 3 -8 years experience and/or interest in system development, analytical ability, strong interpersonal communication, and multitasking skills. Self-motivation, intelligence, and curiosity are key qualities.

Significant experience in Financial Services industry is required with a depth of knowledge in one of the Capital Markets key services (Compliance, Disaster Recovery, PMO).

Demonstrated team management skills and project planning and execution experience.

Leadership Experience:
- Guide and develop team members
- Identify and resolve problems
- Cultivate strong working relationships
- Plan, organize, and implement activities and projects
- Participate in CGI senior management activities, including status and risk assessment, personnel support and growth, and championing the project with the client and within the project teams

Nonessential Skills desired:
Understanding of compliance and regulatory challenges in the Financial Services Industry

Visio (recommended)

Education Requirements:
Undergraduate degree required
