COMPUTER & COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT

    Roles and Responsibilities: Offer PC and LAN support including software support (Access, Visio, Project, etc)

Manage Communication and other large meetings (especially in regards to successful technical delivery)

Act as liaison with GIS (Global Information Services)

Create & maintain information sharing resources

Conduct LAN Access/Internet reviews and data scans

Monitor cell phone contracts



 

Brief Listing of Activities:

Create & maintain a Library Desktop (likely in html)

Create protected forms (Excel, Word)

Maintain the build aspect of a database to assist Administrative Assistants in better managing the information required on all Employees/Contractors (Access)

Building formulas in spreadsheets (Excel)

Mapping users to new servers (Windows Platforms)

Animating presentations (PowerPoint)

Formatting corporate documents (Word)

Assisting personnel with general computer issues

Ex: Office Toolbars vanishing, password recoveries, importing documents/images etc.
