CRM Analyst, Customer Insights
Our client, a major retailer based in Ohio is seeking a CRM Analyst with a strong technical background to contribute to the Customer Insights team. You will be primarily responsible for providing analytic support to database marketing & reporting teams by utilizing your skills in SAS & SQL. Specifically, you will be conducting analysis & data processing, developing & executing queries to generate analysis & data files. You will also generate/refine codes to score large customer files with statistical scoring algorithms, perform ad hoc queries and data manipulation, and perform data audits & resolve data issues and discrepancies.
Requirements:
3-7 ys. of SAS experience
Working knowledge of SQL
Microsoft Office suite including Access & Excel
Must have experience working with large volumes of transaction data
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Familiarity with an OLAP tool preferred (Business Objects, Cognos or Microstrategy)
