CRM Consultant

RSM McGladrey a leading Microsoft Gold Certified CRM partner in the Mid Atlantic, is searching for a CRM Consultant to manage the successful integration and deployment of CRM solutions. As a CRM Consultant your role is to work with a team to integrate and deploy customized CRM solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Required Experience & Skills

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Microsoft CRM, Saleslogix, ACT!, Goldmine, C360, Axonom, or Onyx.
Experience in Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SRS)
Knowledge of Microsoft CRM, data warehousing, business intelligence, Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server, Crystal Reports / Enterprise, Visual Studio.
Experience with current technologies including Microsoft .NET framework, Microsoft C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server & HTML, XML, SOA and web services
Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Server, Networking Services

Job Responsibilities

Install, setup, configure, implement, integrate and test CRM solutions
Follow implementation, configuration and testing tasks within project schedules
Follow project management requirements, user and customer requirements
Perform end-user training for the project team and end users
Assist in data conversion process and validation of converted data
