CRM Development Project Manager

CRM is a global, cross product, web-based Client Relationship Management application for the financial services investment banking industry. The role of CRM Development Project Manager will have responsibility for managing projects within the CRM program.

The Project Manager (PM) will help to initially establish and enforce best practices for infrastructure, workflow, processes, project lifecycle and release management across the team. The PM will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle for projects within the program that may include one or more of the following: CRM portal, the Radar Event Manager (REM), Outlook integration, Bloomberg integration, CRM platform integration, CRM replication, Data Quality Enhancement, Data management Tools, Business Objects reporting, amongst others.

Responsibilities will also include: developing and managing relationships with key business contacts, liaising with peer and client development teams and actively mentoring tech leads.

The successful candidate should have the relevant skills and experience for managing IT development and projects, preferably with knowledge of the financial sector and/or customer relationship management. Previous experience with full project lifecycle development practices is essential. Self-motivation and a proactive attitude are essential attributes. A strong commitment to the success of the team and the business and an ability to rapidly assimilate and understand the requirements of the business users is required.

Basic Qualifications

* Four year degree or international equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong project management skills

* Proven track record of managing and delivering medium+ sized applications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to face off to business contacts and sponsors and manage key external relationships

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Experience with full project lifecycle methodologies

* Ability to work in dynamic team-oriented environment and with a group of highly motivated individuals

* A strong commitment and focus on quality

* Ability to actively support and mentor tech leads for project management responsibilities.

* Knowledge of the financial sector and/or customer relationship management systems.

* Development experience including Java, C#, RDBMS (Oracle, CRM/Data warehouse a plus)

* Relational database design
