CRM Project Manager - Knowledge Management

As the IS&T focal point you will partner with the AppleCare business team to define, develop and implement new business strategies while maintaining and improving the present levels of excellence of existing solutions. Work on these projects and initiatives will require planning skills to determine resources, budget and timeline and the ability to work on multiple complex, global and cross-functional projects simultaneously.

We are looking for someone with:
- Prior experience with CRM Enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Siebel or Clarify is a must
-Proficiency with Knowledge Management systems such as Inquira, ATG, or Knova.
Experience with content management systems such as Interwoven, Documentum, or Vignette
- Project management and/or leadership skills and responsibilities are essential.
- A portfolio demonstrating a history of successful implementations of sophisticated software development projects is an absolute must.
- Strong background in Information Technology
- Prior experience with CSS and HTML is highly desirable
- Good verbal and written skills for communicating both business requirements and technical documentation

Typical deliverables are: scope definition, business requirements, conceptual and detailed designs. The candidate will interact heavily with business, other IT groups and 3rd parties on an ongoing basis.

A BS degree in computer science or an equivalent field plus 7-9 years or MS degree plus 5-7 years experience
