CS - IT Systems Engineer 3

Tactical Systems Division, Comm Systems - Collaboration Initiative, Fair Lakes, VA.

This indiividual will be responsible for applying technical expertise across a wide-range of systems for the Advanced Capabilities Demonstration Lab and other IT projects.  Range of duties cover the entire life cycle, including:  concept development, systems specifications, systems analysis, baseline management, architectural development, test specifications, product evaluations, feasibility analysis, transition planning, modeling and simulation. 

Provides technical expertise for the life cycle of software systems or specialty engineering support of software systems. Life cycle support includes: concept development, systems specifications, systems analysis, baseline management, architectural development, test specifications, product evaluations, feasibility analysis, transition planning, modeling and simulation.

The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position:



Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years experience

Expereince in Windows, LINUX, Mac operating systems

Experience in PC Hardware, systems/network administration, LAN/WAN troubleshooting

Experience in Pro audio/video installation/integration/troubleshooting

Must be able to get or have a DoD clearance
Experience in the following areas is an asset:



A team player.

Knowledge of exisitng collaobration systems is a plus.

Knowledge of IP video and audio

Must be able to communicate
