THE PAY RATE FOR THIS POSITION IS $14-$16/HR. 

 

 

Position Requirements:

The selected candidate will assist with the documentation of all processes and procedures within the department and is responsible for developing and maintaining the websites for multiple call centers, and other departments as required. The candidate will be expected to identify the intended audience for publications and be able to professionally convey clear and concise information into HTML format that is appropriate for the workplace.
The selected candidate will also support all system testing protocols for software and hardware systems used by Customer Service Written & Fraud. This includes following all testing procedures, opening and maintaining defects, performing follow-up evaluations, and interacting with IT programmers.


 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

Perform testing for Mainframe systems

Update and maintain websites

Publish procedures and daily communications

Perform research on department issues.
