Job Description

Become a member and a significant contributor within a Dynamic & Growing Business Analytics Development Team. Position delivers technical solutions and configuration of the Callidus / TrueComp System to meet the requirements of organizations Incentive Compensation plans requiring significant interaction with Finance, Sales and HR organizations. Position plays significant role in developing and enhancing the Callidus / TrueComp Incentive Compensation Management / Reporting System, satisfying the mandate for our Team to enable the 5,000+ employees of Philips Medical Sales and Service across North America to produce significant, profitable growth.

Key areas of responsibility:
(70%) Design & Development: Working closely with internal customers and colleagues to develop innovative technical solutions to Business Requirements. Utilizing Callidus TrueComp software configure compensation business rules, utilizing PL/SQL to analyze data and modify stored procedures. Develop technical specifications for services required from internal IT Technical organizations (i.e.: SAP developers, Systems Operations, Application Developers, etc). Working within a team environment, contribution can vary from team member to Team Lead or technical expert and include facilitation of team members including Application Developers, SAP developers and business area representatives to design, develop code (database & user interface), conduct acceptance testing and coordinate the launch & training of users.

(20%) Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer feedback, questions and problems. Feedback can include, but is not limited to, phone calls, email, online feedback, and Helpdesk cases. Must demonstrate experience in proactive response to customers in researching, and solving issues.

(10%) Administrative Duties: Manage time effectively and establish priorities while working on multiple projects. Communicate regularly with team and actively participate in weekly team meetings. Invest in self-development to remain current on industry standard methods and tools. Complete required business documentation in a timely manner (i.e.: bi-weekly timesheet, expense reports, etc.)

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate will have a 4-year college degree (CIS or MIS) or equivalent work experience.

Essential Skills/Experience include:
- Strong Analytical skills, Resourceful and Innovative Problem Solving
- Proficient in Verbal & Written Communication and creation of Project documentation
- Callidus TrueComp software-rule writing including Oracle stored procedures
- PL/SQL
- Willingness to learn new techniques and tools through both on and off site training

The following will be a plus:
- Experience with: Team Leadership / Facilitation / Conflict resolution
- Business Data reporting tools such as: Business Objects or Crystal Reports
