Career College PT Information Technology Instructor

Heald College is a nonprofit career college whose mission is to provide focused programs in business, technology and health care that prepare students for success in the workplace in the shortest practical time at 11 campuses in California, Oregon, and Hawaii.

 

We currently have an opening for a part-time Information Technology Instructor at our Stockton campus.

As one of our outstanding Instructors, your role will be to help facilitate student learning in program areas through a variety of methodologies, types of assessment and, to facilitate an environment conducive to student success.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A bachelors degree (required) in a field that is related to the course(s), which you will be teaching
? One of the following certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure; or Implementing and Administering a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure

? A minimum of 3 ? 5 years of related work experience relevant to the discipline that you will be teaching
? Excellent communication skills
? A desire to support and motivate students throughout their academic career at Heald
