o Two years software quality assurance experience
o Three years software quality control experience
o Two years software testing experience

These positions will involve championing and implementing Software Quality Practices Including:

? Providing Peer Review/Code Inspection
? Developing Complete Quality Management Plans
? Conducting Quality Kickoff Presentations
? Implementing Quality Change Management
? Establishing/Analyzing Software Quality Control Metrics
? Developing Recommendations for Continuous Process Improvement
? Providing Project Methodology Controls
? Mentoring teams on Quality processes/practices
? Being an active member of the Quality Control Team
? Assisting with Quality Control Reviews by becoming a Subject Matter Expert for the formal review process
? Performing Quality Assurance Reviews
? Working with Crystal Reports
