The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

 

Job Description
Client Operations professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the client?s employees or the client?s customers in fulfilment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties. Examples of professionals in this capability would be software developers and technical architects. The Technology Infrastructure Outsourcing specialty incorporates a wide range of outsourcing skills that focus on four major areas of IT and technical support: communications, desktop management and mobility, customer support and hosting.

 

Responsibilities include the following:

Primary: Respond to customer requests for information or changes including coordinating engineering support with vendors and providing scope of work and price quotes.
Secondary: Perform project management/coordination as required
Complete remedy tickets as assigned, negotiate pricing with vendors/customers, deliver quotes to customer, coordinate work with operations team
 

 

Qualifications

Must Have Skills & Qualifications: 

5+ years of voice and data telecom - sales or engineering experience.

Overall knowledge of voice and data telecommunications.

Good PC skills.

Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written.

Ability to multi-task & perform basic project management/coordination.

 

Nice to have skills:

In-depth knowledge of Cisco IPT systems. Experience with Nortel, Avaya, Iwatsu, Toshiba and Intertel voice systems
 

Educational requirements:

Must have BA or equivalent work experience.
