Change Administrator

We are seeking a Change Administrator to support our Department of State (DoS) Enterprise Network Management (ENM) contract. Individual will primarily be responsible for supporting the Information Technology Change Control Board (IT CCB) governing the global DoS network. Develop all internal processes for managing changes and disseminating information, and present IT CCB overview at Domestic Webmaster Conference. Duties include tracking and status reporting to members and management of all requests for baseline changes, facilitating issue resolution, generating meeting agendas and minutes; maintaining action item tracking system; and updating the intranet site using HTML code to make information available to users worldwide. Analyze change process statistics and develop reports to monitor progress and success of the IT CCB. Maintain the official records of members, votes, and reviewing activities. Research and respond to user requests for information or assign to appropriate person. Train new personnel in processes.

 

US Citizenship and a current active Top Secret security clearance are required. A Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline is required. 7 years of progressive Information Technology experience. Explicit training and experience with the implementation and administration of configuration and change management processes is required.  Position is located at the Department of State facility in Springfield, Virginia.
