Change Management Project Manager

Leading area employer is seeking a Change Management PM consultant for a new position/team on a contract-to-hire basis! In this role, you will be responsible for the Project Management Development Change Process. This will include such items as Rollout plans, Post implementation evaluation and action plans; general PM Measures and Metrics, Budget Estimation, Scope and Approach Management Education, etc. Qualified candidates for this role will be seasoned Project Managers that are adept at merging people, process and technology into successful project implementations in large, enterprise-class environments. Qualified candidates will also have evidence of strong change management skills (behavioral, cultural, process, and technology) and strong implementation skills. Experience in the healthcare industry is helpful. This position is based in Durham, NC!
