Alliance Consulting is in need of a Change Management Consultant to lead a ERP effort at one of our client sites. The client is involved in a complex conversion from one ERP product to another. The successful candidate will have experience with Change Management in an ERP environment (SAP or JD Edwards). A manufacturing background will also be helpful.

Requirements:

5+ years Change Management experience

ERP (SAP or JD Edwards) deployment project experience

Manufacturing industry background

Experience developing Communication Plans

Experience developing Change Readiness Surveys/Assessments

Experience developing Education/Training Plans

Experience developing Role Maps and Job Impact Assessments
