Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.  Customer Relationship Management professionals have skills in marketing and customer strategy, marketing sciences, customer insight, customer interaction, and contact center transformation and help our clients acquire, develop, and retain satisfied, loyal customers, achieve profitable growth, and create economic value in the client's brand. 



Contact

Center & Web professionals focus on the delivery of business solutions that optimize customer interactions across companies? contact center related channels. 

 

Key responsibilities may include:
? Articulating architectural approaches and strategies that will enable clients to achieve business objectives

? Developing implementation plans for proposed projects, including timelines, resource requirements and cost estimates

? Participating actively in developing long term relationships with client and Accenture team members

? Transforming client vision into concrete business requirements

? Leading design efforts of the entire telephony solution

? Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
? Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
? Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
? Supervising business architecture and process design activities
? Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
? Supervising business architecture implementation activities
? Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
? Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
? Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)

 

Qualifications

? 5-8 years experience designing and delivering contact center CTI solutions

? 5-8 years experience with Cisco Enterprise Routing Solutions (preferably 7.x)

? 5-8 years experience with Cisco Infrastructure: PG, ICM, Webview

? 5-8 years experience integrating Cisco solution with Siebel Customer Relationship Management Application 7.x

? 5-8 years experience installing & configuring Cisco desktop components

? 5-8 years experience with IVR Integration with Cisco

? 5-8 years experience with Cisco alarming mechanisms

? 5-8 years experience with Cisco Voice Portal

? 2-5 years IPCC experience

? 2-5 years SQL knowledge

? 4-6 years knowledge of Unix

? Strong troubleshooting skills

? Travel upto 100%
? Bachelor's degree required
