Position:
Senior Cisco Voice Engineer with experience in analysis, design, implementation and support of Cisco voice over IP system solutions including multiservice infrastructure, Cisco CallManager, Unity Unified Messaging, Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco IPCC Enterprise, IP Gateways, legacy integration with traditional PBX systems and other voice components.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cisco AVVID Analysis and Design Demonstrated experience in IP Telephony system administration, configuration and implementation. Install, configure and manage Cisco CallManager, Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco IPCC Enterprise and Unity configurations. Configure and maintain SRST, QoS, Voice Routing Protocols, and Voice Gateways. Support overall Network Engineering framework including routers/switches and firewalls. Maintain efficient and trouble free operation of all local and remote data communication. Maintain up-to-date documentation of network design, operation and procedure manuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years technical experience with Cisco AVVID technologies, with voice protocols, configurations, CallManager/Unity, IPCC Express, IPCC Enterprise and AVVID Applications.
* 5+ years hands on Cisco engineer networking experience including routers switches and firewalls. Cisco IP Telephony certification desired.
* Experience with traditional PBXs (Avaya, Nortel, etc.) and call centers a plus.
* Experience with Microsoft products including Windows 2000 Server, Active Directory, Strong verbal and written skills ability to articulate, demonstrate and present proposals for our clients.

* Must work as a team player on our operations and engineering fulfillment teams.
*Must have strong abilities to assist sales representative in solution development, ability to demonstrate and communicate the solution, and proof of concept to customers.
* Cisco CCIE Voice and or CCVP certification required.
