Citrix Team Leader

As an active member of the Trane Commercial Systems (TCS) Citrix support staff, lead the team in expanding the Citrix environment and in project coordination. This position requires remote support of other locations and participation in an on-call rotation.
* Support TCS Citrix systems in maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting client/system issues.
* Work on and lead projects with team members from multiple sites as required.
* Analyze Citrix performance, develop baselines, and collect data to justify growth needs.
* 10-15% travel required.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, business, or a directly related discipline and 10 years of experience in the IT specialty area required. Associate?s degree in IT, CS, MIS, business, or related discipline will be considered with minimum 12 years of experience in an IT support role. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Citrix environment required. Experience in project management documentation of technical processes and procedures required. Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills required; must be able determine root cause and technical solution from user description of an issue. Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to effectively communicate in non-technical terms to all users at all levels within organization required. Experience with Six Sigma Tools and/or with Sarbanes-Oxley procedures is a plus.
