Client Servicing Developer/Analyst

Position Summary

This person is responsible for software configuration and development supporting the Sales Planning and Trade Promotion Management application suite.  Working as part of a systems development team this person is responsible for developing, testing and debugging IT systems and/or programs aligned with North America business strategies. Responsibilities include technical design, development, implementing the design, documenting as-built, as well as, procedural documentation. This person will troubleshoot and resolve system related production problems while working on various projects and enhancements. They will ensure quality and timeliness of technical delivery. Provides technical expertise, develops more complex programs/solutions and support junior level team members in technical solution design and delivery.

Project,  enhancement and operational specific work includes:
? Assist or provide application design, development of specifications, programs, reports and configuration of packaged software.
? Effectively interface with and influence decisions across the NA-IT Technical and Business Engagement functions.
? Coordinate or provide unit testing, set up of environment and support for integration and system testing, work with integration team(s) to provide support for integration.
? Create operational, system documentation; assist with User documentation.
? Perform implementation and transition and conversion of data/files.
? Develop and gain approval for technical design.
? Provide routine maintenance and support.
? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and simultaneous project workloads.
? Adhere to NA IT SDLC, development, quality, and audit guidelines.
? Work closely with junior team members to provide skill/knowledge transfer of technical and/or business expertise through mentoring and instruction.

 Skills & Competencies
Education Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
4 to 6 years experience in Developing Web Applications, Client Server Development, .Net, Oracle, Powerbuilder
