As a direct hire employee of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, this person will work as a Functional Analyst or Lead Functional Analyst with responsibility for the full life-cycle configuration and implementation of SAP BW solutions.  

This person will work closely with clients and must possess strong functional and professional expertise to ensure that work products and deliverables will be of the highest caliber and will meet all client requirements.  

The individual must have strong project management expertise in order to identify, develop, and implement techniques that will improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings for clients.

The criteria for success includes:

** At least 3 to 6 years or more of relevant work experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP BW solutions in an R/3 environment

** Background should include hands-on working experience with SAP BPS (Business Planning Simulation) and SEM (Strategic Enterprise Management) on version4.6 or higher; experience with ECC5 would be a major plus

**   Previous experience working as a SAP BW Consultant is highly preferable, but will consider those without consulting, provided they have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP BW

** Will be involved at the Blueprint stage through design, development, configuration, integration, implementation, and testing

** Experience creating and customizing Info Cubes, Multi Cubes, and Operational Data Stores; including configuring LIS tables, workflows, BEX queries and integration

** Will be involved with configuring Objects, BPS design (Business Planning and Simulation) and configuration

** Must possess strong knowledge of integration points and the order in which they should be executed

** Must have the ability to define creative solutions and the ability to lead teams/sub-teams through project challenges

** Must be able to identify add-on sales opportunities at client sites

** A willingness to travel extensively, up to 100%

** A four-year college degree in a related area of study, with advanced degrees highly preferred
