As a direct hire employee of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, this person will work as a Functional Analyst or Lead Functional Analyst with responsibility for the full life-cycle configuration and implementation of SAP FICO solutions.  

This person will work closely with clients and must possess strong functional and professional expertise to ensure that work products and deliverables will be of the highest caliber and will meet all client requirements.  

The individual must have strong project management expertise in order to identify, develop, and implement techniques that will improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings for clients.

The criteria for success includes:

** At least 3 to 6 years or more of relevant work experience in configuring, customizing, implementing and testing SAP FICO solutions in an R/3 environment

** Proficient level functional knowledge with FICO modules and sub-modules such as AP, AR, AA, CO COPA, PCA, GL, SPL, CEA, and CCA  as well as integration skills and cross-functional knowledge would be a huge PLUS.

** Knowledge will ideally include Cost Allocation, Activity-based Costing, Costing/Controlling, Cost Allocation Models, and CO Integration

** Skills should include business requirements planning, SAP module configuration, design, development, integration, testing, and training.

** Responsibilities will include the configuration of FICO, the creation of BPPs, unit and integration test scripts and providing knowledge transfer to clients

** Progressive-level knowledge of SAP Tools and Methods such as
Automated Methods
Environment-AME
ASAP Methodology
ARIS Toolset
Implementation Management Guide-AME
Mentor
R/3 Analyzer
Testing Tools-Auto Tester

Plusses include
SAP FICO Certification
SAP R/3 Versions 4.60, 4.70, ECC5, or ECC6

Qualifications and requirements include:

** A proven track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena

** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

** Demonstrable leadership qualities

** Superior time-management skills

** The ability to be flexible and creative

** A willingness to travel extensively, up to 100%

** A four-year college degree in a related area of study, with advanced degrees highly preferred
