As a direct hire employee of Capgemini, you will work as a Functional Consultant or Lead Functional Consultant, and will use your expertise and strong analytical skills to lead and support SAP Application software integration projects and sales efforts.  Along with leading projects, mentoring staff, participating in team sales, and building relationships with consulting personnel, you will contribute to the assessment, design, and development of SAP related business and/or technical requirements and solutions.  This will also entail communicating effectively with clients to ensure our products exceed their expectations is essential.

Along with at least 3-6 years relevant work experience, your functional/ technical experience should include complete configuration and implementation of IS SAP Retail Applications.  

This individual will support medium to large engagement teams by providing hands-on technical expertise in the development and configuration of SAP Retail solutions.  While often technical in scope, this person will also work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.

The person in this role will be involved with identifying, developing, and implementing techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients.

The person hired in this role will be immediately be deployed on a challenging client engagement and will have growth opportunities not just in the retail area, but in other SAP solutions as well.  This person will also be given the opportunity to expand their technical and management expertise in working with our Technology Services Practice.

Prior experience as an IS SAP Retail consultant is highly preferable; but we will consider candidates with an in-depth knowledge of SAP retail. The individual should exhibit ability to define creative solutions and demonstrate initiative in professional career to lead teams/sub-teams through project challenges and identify add-on sales opportunities at a client site.

This individual should have the proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.

Major plusses include SAP Certifications such as
Financial Certification
Production Planning Certification
Sales and Distribution Certification

Qualifications and requirements include:
