Clinical Applications - Process Manager

We are searching for an experienced, innovative, and high-energy professional to effectively coordinate the business activities in the development, implementation and ongoing validation of Humana's Clinical Profile. The Clinical Profile is a collection of the information needed to support Humana's clinical guidance process.


Minimum Requirements:

4-year College Degree

3 - 5 years experience in computer application development or data base support

3 - 5 years experience in a health plan setting

Ability to manage multiple projects and activities

Proven understanding of systems and integration components

Strong facilitation, leadership and organizational skills

Assignment Summary:

Business responsibility for the development of a data store that meets Humana's Clinical Guidance Organization processes.

Primary business responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of information the Member, Customer and Intervention Profiles

Liaison with the IT areas that support the Clinical Profile to ensure completeness and accuracy of the clinical profile date

Work collaboratively with all Humana business areas that have an vested interest in a view of all member information

Work collaboratively with the ATLAS Process Manager in the development of Humana's identification, evaluation, and routing application.

Work collaboratively with Humana's clinical leadership team in the development of "Views" of the Clinical Profile information

Work collaboratively with the Humana associates supporting the clinical interventions to ensure the timely flow of information among all clinical programs

Primary responsibility for the operational reporting of the Clinical Profile
