Clinical Systems Specialist

Installation, Support and Maintenance of HELP1 Clinical Systems Software Applications for IHC Hospitals, Clinics and Physicians.Will also provide assistance with the transition to the ECIS Project.  Provides technical assistance for the design, development, testing and implementation of HELP1 Clinical Applications.  Works with team members to provide timely, efficient resolutions to reported software issues.  Will work on a variety of issues in a complex environment that will require excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.



Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a medical or computer related field.  Bachelor's Degree preferred. Previous clinical or hospital experience preferred. Must be detail oriented and thorough.  Must possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.  Must have strong communication skills written and verbal, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and articulate those issues to others.  Ability to facilitate formal and informal training of other team members and maintain technical documentation.  Available to rotate with HELP1 technical team to cover on-call pager 7X24X365.
