We have a Job Opening for Cognos Architect for 6 months contract position in St.Louis, MO.

Job Description:
Top Three Skills:
1. Cognos BI Product Suite (ReportNet, Metrics Manager, Cognos Connection, Framework Manager, SDK, etc)
2. Technical Leadership
3. Strong Technical knowledge of ETL, Data Warehouse, Meta Data, Databases and analytics (tools and architecture).
Required Skills:
1. Hands on development experience with Cognos BI Suite (5+ years experience).
2. Performance Tuning (5+ years experience).
3. Architecture (application, system) and Design (10+ years experience).
4. Experience in complete BI project life cycle. Must have at least 2+ projects.
5. Design and Implementation of Portals (3+ years experience).
Other Skills:
1. Coach and mentor junior developers
2. Code Reviews
3. Issue Management, Task prioritization, Product Deployment Planning
4. Excellent Soft Skills including communication and presentation skills
5. Ability to multi-task and work with minimal direction
6. Flexibility in working in a variety of roles (i.e., analysis, design, development, test). Full life cycle experience.
7. Understanding of Healthcare data and business domain is a plus.
