Collections Analyst

Everest Global Services, Inc., a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd., is seeking an Collections Analyst for our headquarters in Liberty Corner, NJ (exit 33 off I-78).


Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for handling the day-to-day aspects of collecting past due insurance premiums. The position includes all aspects of a program book of business. The ideal canididate will act as a a liaison between the Program Administrators, Collection Agencies, and Collection Attorneys.

Specific Objectives:

Responsible for the timely processing of premiums on insurance policies determined to be uncollectible by Program Administrators.Compliance between the Program Administrator and Everest as per their individual contract.Compliance between the Collection Agency and Everest as per their individual contract.

Requirements:

Two to four years of collection experience preferable in the Property & Casualty insurance industryFamiliarity with P&C Insurance and its varied productsFamiliarity with Program Business, MGAs and TPAsPC skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (knowledge of WINS would be a plus)Proven ability to work independently in a cooperative team environmentMust be organized, detail oriented and possess good analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oral
