The DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation?s (DAC) Strategic and Operational Solutions Sector is part of an integrated team tasked with providing planning, training, and analysis products to U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command.  To support these efforts, DAC is seeking applicants to fill a full-time position for a Commercial Radar Analyst.  The position will be in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Security Clearance:

*Applicants must be US citizens and either possess a current DoD SECRET security clearance, or be qualified to obtain one upon hire.

 



Requisite Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 





? A commercial radar analyst with at least 2 years experience and expertise in Commercial Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) processing and analysis. 

? Strong analytical skills with commercial radar imagery.  This would include producing 2 color multi-views, Coherent Change Detection (CCD), and other SAR products. 

?  An individual who has worked with and processed any of the commercial SAR imagery sources such as Radarsat would exemplify a quality candidate. 

? Expertise in creating products using radar processing suite of software.

? Strong team player able to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment.

? Energized, passionate, and an effective communicator.

? Skill in written and oral communication.

? Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Experience:



? Expertise with the ERDAS Imagine processing software.

? Expertise with the ESRI suite of processing software.

? Expertise with the ENVI suite of processing software.

? Possess a current DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.

 

Education:

Bachelor?s degree in Remote Sensing or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial radar imagery exploitation.
