The Clarks Companies, N.A. is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Communications Engineer, joining our IT Team in our Kennett Square, PA office.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a great people person. Organization and follow-through are extremely important.

 

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

Corporate telephony (PBX/VoIP)

Carrier Management

Billing

Mobile - Cellular, PDA's, Smartphones, Air cards

Retail Store Communications - DSL, Dial-up, Private

Voice and Data integration

 

Requirements for the position are as follows:



Experience with: PBX, VOIP, ACD, PDA, DSL, CRM, ERM, CISCO, MS Project and Visio, Windows, Linux, Groupwise, and Novel.

2 + years hands on experience with network and telephony or general PC support.

Associates degree in technology disciplines

Excellent communication skills
