Compl Svcs Specialist I
To test and certify trading partners EDI data, based on retailers guidelines and business rules to enable and expand retailers EDI community in the most efficient and timely manner.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of all Compliance Link testing programs EDI and Paper Documents requirements, as well as the business process.
Deliver world class customer service
-Communicate with customers clearly and accurately on a timely manner
- 24 hr response to customers issues and/or Vantive case, and manual tasks
*Resolve and respond to own Compliance Link customers issues and inquiries via emails or phone, with minimal supervision .
*Documenting accurate accounts of each customer interaction in Compliance Link issues or tasks note area, and Vantive Work Order clearly, accurately and consistent, including attaching emails or letters sent to or from the customer (vendor, hub, program manager)
* Resolve and close Vantive case
*Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate the issue to the appropriate person or department for resolution, by using all standard tools or materials put in place by management such as Tech notes and testing tips.
Send, pull and upload EDI documents for customers with special needs, by setting up Trading Partnership in IE/Serv, sending and pulling EDI documents through the EDI network, saving and uploading EDI document as a text file into Compliance Link.
Perform Quality Assurance, by reviewing all EDI documents to assure an error free certification and providing results in a clear and standard fashion
Review, correct and certify UCC-128 label or any corresponding paper documents, and send pass notice (if applicable).
Manage Vantive work Order and own work effort and effectively prioritize completing tasks with minimal supervision.
Used of all standard tools or materials put in place by department management or Program Management (ex. Tech Notes, Mercator, Expedite, Inovisworks Vantive)
Support Program Management with status updates and reports or answer any questions that may come up during a program
Exercise effective leadership skills for assigned subordinates in the areas of coaching, personnel development, and performance management as well as the related management responsibilities of staffing, work assignment, planning, and communications. (required for all jobs with assigned people responsibility)
Perform other/additional duties and projects that may be periodically assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum:
High School diploma
Basic EDI Standard knowledge
--Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in customer facing environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and in a fast-paced setting
-Must be detail-oriented, fast learner and well-organized.
-Manage and deliver expected volumes of service delivery activities in coordinated and professional manner and timely manner.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Team player
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Clear understanding of the following applications:

c. Compliance Link
d. Vantive
e.EDIFECS/Commercedesk.
f. Quick-Check (Barcode scanner)
