Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance is a growing insurance company located in the Denver Tech Center area.  Our aggressive growth plans coupled with our Client Server development platform has created an exciting opportunity for an experience professional in our headquarters.

 

This position will be responsible for scheduling and executing daily, periodic and monthly production computer jobs.  Break down and distribution of computer generated reports. Monitor imaging of computer generated documents. Log daily report figures for production balancing. Perform data backup duties.  Help and answer Help Desk support problems.  Be able to setup workstations as needed.  Must be able to perform necessary functions on Oracle Server (Exports, Imports, etc). Help support phone system. Must have operations knowledge.

 

Requirements One or more years of practical experience with computers, peripherals, computer operations, etc...High School degree and related college coursework completed.Able to be on call as neededRecognize abnormal situations and take appropriate action and report to correct usersAble to work weekends and holidays when it falls during month-endGood analytical/conceptual thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with technical staff
