Position responsibilities include:

Maintenance and support of PC workstations, software and hardware, connection to the base VULCAN Network. Applicant will be expected to research, install and setup computer hardware and software to meet customer requirements. Will perform troubleshooting to resolve computer, email and network problems to the customer's satisfaction. Applicant will directly interface with the customer on a daily basis and provide general support to meet customer needs.

Required Skills:

High School or Business School Diploma plus 8 years experience. Demonstrated software efficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Pwerpoint; and excellent written and verbal communication skills; or

High School Diploma plus formal training and 3 years relevant experience; or High School Diploma; plus 5 years relevant experience or Professional Certification/Unique Experience as designated appropriate.

Candidate should have experience in the following areas: CMOS setup, MS DOS, Windows XP Professional and 2000/2003 Server Operating Systems, MS Office 2003, MS Project 2000, Outlook Client 2003. Candidate should understand basic networking topologies and be familiar with TCP / IP. Candidate must possess an outstanding customer service approach and must work well with others in a team enviroment. Good written and verbal skills are required. Must be able to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
