This position provides technical support of Video, Voice, and Web Conferencing solutions to Company Customers.



Responsibilities



Meet or exceed Companys customer expectations by responding to client service requests for conferencing services in accordance with established service procedures and guidelines

Collaborate with company IT personnel to deliver quality service

Review daily scheduled service requests

Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve system errors

Alert management, vendors and IT personnel when problem issues are identified or suspected

Minimize client downtime and productivity loss from technology malfunctions

Develop and deliver end-user training

Continuously strive to improve client support

Participate in initiatives to address service issues

Respond to Conferencing E-mail, telephone, and voice mails within Service Level Agreements

Maintain conference schedules

Resolve scheduling conflicts and negotiate alternate options with Enterprise customers

Install/set-up hardware/software

Manage infrastructure configuration

Management of Polycom Suite of network monitoring servers/applications (MGC, Web Commander, PathNavigator, Global Management System)



Requirements



Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Working knowledge of corporate Outlook/Exchange platform

Knowledge of telephony/internet services (IP, VOIP, ISDN, etc.)

Aptitude to learn new technical concepts

Adaptive to changing work environment

Reliable and punctual
