Consumer and Media IT Program Manager

Key Role: Lead a team of consultants in building the firm’s Demand and Supply Synchronization (DSS) offering. Provide thought leadership in leading project work for CPG clients in supply chain and trade promotion capability diagnostics, benchmarking and design, and the design and development of SCM applications built on advanced planning systems, including SAP’s APO module and i2 and trade promotion solutions built on ERP/CRM systems, including SAP’s TPM module and CAS. Create intellectual capital within IT consumer products and focus on the capabilities and functionality of COTS tools and how they enable business processes related to DSS. Provide distinguished IT supply chain and trade promotion application competencies, focused within consumer products industries. Apply IT experience to demonstrate best practices and methodologies for clients in the commercial sector. Lead and participate in client delivery and build and maintain a professional network of client relationships within CPG. Attract, retain, develop, and motivate a team of highly qualified staff.



Basic Qualifications:


-10+ years of experience with relevant functional work in IT systems’ life cycle and systems integration


-5+ years of experience with delivering IT solutions to consumer and media clients and companies


-Ability to show success in growing a business through client development, leading project teams, and developing people


-BA or BS degree


-Ability to travel as needed, up to 100 percent of the time


 


Additional Qualifications (Preferred):


-Experience with implementing SAP’s APO module in CPG companies


-Knowledge of IT consumer products subject matter, including SCM, and expertise in S&OP processes


-Knowledge of SAP’s APO


-Knowledge of Manugistics and i2 preferred


-BA or BS degree in a related field preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
