Cambridge Technical, a division of Cambridge Professional Group, has been asked by one of our most loyal clients, to conduct all initial interviews for the Content Manager / Trainer position.

Job Title:  Content Manager / Trainer

Location:  Warsaw, IN

Start Date:  2 weeks after receiving an offer

Pay Range:  $40.00/hr

 

Content Manager / Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities

 

? Provide training to Business Resources on proprietary web packages

? Creation of Design Brief (look & feel of site) with Business Resources

? Work with Designer on site design

? Establish security for Business Resources

? Guide Business Resources to gather content and prepare a preliminary site layout

? Categorize content and review site layout

? Create folder structure

? Set up gears & pages on portal

? Assist Business Resource to load content to portal

? Provide ongoing support to all Business Resources (best practices on site design, troubleshoot errors/broken links, etc.)

? Prepare/maintain documentation (training/reference guides, list of site contacts, list of sites? status, training list)

? Manage User Group (meetings, communication, etc.)

? Assist with migration efforts

? Bachelor's Degree - Major:  Computer Science or IT  Minor:  English is a plus.
