Responsibilities Of Position:

?????????? Working with the Item Master coordinators to process information related to all Oracle Item Master functionality

?????????? Process new Item Master creation requests

?????????? Review all documentation including drawings to ensure the meet business processes & requirements (non technical) and approve ECO?s

?????????? Implement approved ECO?s into the Oracle database including Bill of Materials as well as set of Item Master fields such that the Item can function properly through the business

????????? Creation and update of Document Control Indexes (DCI?s) required for customer submittal

????????? As needed cross train and back up other Document Control Coordinators with paper copies (reproduction), electronic data archival, and securing documentation.

Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:

?????????? Proven ability working with and entering Oracle database data

?????????? Experience working with technical documentation (product drawings, bills of materials, engineering reports etc.)

?????????? Part structuring experience would be a plus

?????????? Must have a strong organization skills and communication skills

?????????? Must have strong process enforcement skills (motivated to fully understand business process and enforce adherence to them)

?????????? Must have good computer skills beyond database data entry?

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

?????????? 3 yrs working with or entering Oracle database data (Item Master experience is a plus)
