General Job Description:

Support the hardware and software needs of the twenty graphics departments in the United States and Canada who use Adobe graphics programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Onyx rip, in PC and Mac formatSupport and troubleshoot software, printers, workstations and color management issues remotely and onsite at all locationsResearch and develop efficiencies for software programs and hardware and assist in specifying workstations for annual purchasingCoordinate and manage company-wide installation of hardware, software programs and software updatesAssist in forecasting future software and hardware needsMonitor and enforce company software standardsInventory and monitor software licenses



Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; or three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking knowledge of Adobe software products, rip software, color management, networking, hardware and software supportExperience in Active Directory is a plus,li>Ability to travel and/or support multiple offices in the United States and CanadaExcellent customer service skills


Work Schedule:

Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Business hours extend into the evenings with weekends and extensive travel required.
