Job Description
The Revenue Assurance, Credit & Collections domain within the Finance & Performance Management (F&PM) service line is currently focusing on the sale and delivery of relevant solutions to clients cross industry. Accenture provides expertise in the identification of weaknesses in a company?s order-to-cash process, and delivers people, process and technology solutions that fill these gaps and deliver measurable value in four key areas:
? Reduction in DSO/ANR
? Reduction in NBD
? Reduction in OE
? Increased revenue
Due to heavy credit granting and now rising interest rates, the pace of in-bound client interest around this topic is accelerating and many organizations are now planning their implementation strategies. Accenture will increasingly be the partner of choice for major institutions to their growing challenges.
Role Description:
Due to this increase in client demand, Accenture is now seeking to recruit a number of high calibre professionals at the Manager level, with a broad understanding of the application of collections technology solutions balanced with an intimate knowledge of the management and IT consulting craft.
Specific emphasis is being given to individuals with deep project management, configuration, integration and implementation experience with collections technology.
This candidate will have overall responsibility for the management and success collections package implementations, and overall program management. They must have demonstrated experience in managing these types of projects cross-industry. In addition, they will:
? Work with organizations cross-industry, delivering measurable value via technology around collections
? Define requirements, participate in planning, and manage large consulting or outsourcing projects encompassing people, process and (especially) technology
? Manage client relationships from functional line management to C-level
? Work well with other Accenture professionals, and manages combined Accenture-client teams
? Develop thought-capital focused on collections technology
Qualifications
